  • 3. REPAIR TIME IS 4-8 BUSINESS DAYS UPON RECEPTION

    We recommend that you send the device as a package so that the contents of the package are covered by the courier.

  • 4. RECEIVE THE REPAIRED DEVICE - AS GOOD AS NEW!

    Once your device is repaired, it will be returned to your address using the delivery method you selected. You will receive a tracking number so that you can follow the package once we send it.

    NOTE: Do not send any extra accessories such as charger, memory card or SIM card. You should always make a backup copy of the data from your device.
